In 2007 Gary Dawson became a full time home remodeling contractor after working with and for other contractors in the past as well as working on projects for friends, family members and of course his own homes as well. Around 2008 we started working with bank owned homes around the greater Puget Sound area.
With that, it lead to all aspects of contracting, from painting, full remodels, roofs, landscaping and small repairs. Our goal has been and will always will be to keep our commitment to getting your job done on time and on budget and to keep our customers completely satisfied for years to come. We always will keep you in informed of any unforeseen changes that may come up during the process so you won’t have surprises at the end of the project. We also provide up to date progress for those customers that are out of town or need to be away from the project that we are working on for them.
Since 1994,the owner, “Gary Dawson” is also a Licensed Real Estate broker in the State of Washington and has worked with many home inspectors in the past. With that being said, he has attended many home inspections and seen the issues that arise from such inspections. We can also repair your new home too. Through the years of both types of business, we have made many contacts with other trade professionals in which we can assure you total satisfaction when your job is completed.
